Please note that due to the nature of the Grasshopper platform, text messaging is not a HIPAA-compliant form of communication. As such, we avoid including sensitive personal or medical information in SMS messages.​​

You will receive SMS messages from Kentucky Designs LLC specifically to notify you of server maintenance or other support issues, or in reply to support requests from the customer.

SMS POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. You agree to receive support and system update messages from Kentucky Designs LLC.

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are only sent for support purposes. You will receive no more than 5-10 messages per month. You will not receive random, non-support related messages.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to info@telemedicinemichigan.com or 606-622-0078. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

• You can send HELP for additional assistance to 606-622-0078 at any time. We are here to help you.

• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Kentucky Designs LLC will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only with service providers necessary to deliver SMS communications.

Consumer Data Protection

• At no point is information belonging to our customers revealed or shared outside of Kentucky Designs LLC.

Customer data is protected by physical means, including extensive security systems including 24/7 camera surviellance. Data is secured digitally with encrypted storage, and only one person, Charles Myrick, the owner of Kentucky Designs LLC, has access to any information owned by the company.

Only authorized and supervised personnel would have access to consumer information outside of the owner of Kentucky Designs LLC.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@kentuckydesigns.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
